Job Title: Hygiene Promotion / Community Mobilizer Team Leader
Location: Monguno, Borno
Employment Type: Full-time
Main Tasks
Setting up the activities / control and supervision:
- Plan weekly activities for the team and obtain approval from the Line Manager.
- Determine human resource requirements (daily workers, etc.), tools, and material needs.
- Anticipate administrative and logistics issues.
- Organize and lead tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
- Supervise each stage of activity to ensure compliance with SI’s technical recommendations and procedures.
- Report challenges and suggest solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to schedules and deadlines.
Logistics and Administration:
- Follow recruitment procedures when hiring daily workers.
- Train team members on tool usage and maintenance.
- Monitor tool usage and enforce safety procedures.
- Manage material delivery and storage for work sites.
Reporting / Communication:
- Participate in program meetings and clusters as required.
- Maintain organized monitoring tools and files accessible to supervisors.
- Submit weekly task reports to the Line Manager.
- Assist in drafting the monthly program report.
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
- Report any non-technical or safety-related issues affecting activities or team safety to the Line Manager.
